"And it came to pass as he prayed unto the Lord, there came a pillar of fire and dwelt upon a rock before him; and he saw and heard much; and because of the things which he saw and heard eh did quake and tremble exceedingly."
Through the prayer of Lehi he was able to gain the knowledge of the Lord. The pillar of fire, often found in the scriptures, and repeated for emphasis, perhaps represent a neverending (circle) of cleansing power (fire). This proves that God gives the power of repentance to those who seek it diligently.
Because of the knowledge of his lowly and human/mortal state Lehi felt unworthy to be speaking and learning from the Lord, thus his shaking. He learned much from the Lord, so much n fact that I can hardly believe he could understand all of it at one time. But he being a prophet of the Lord, he would have been well prepared to receive the knowledge.

With pray, Lehi himself understand can. Fire Cl:column find scriptures can show what? Maybe forever, clean power.
Lehi feel worthy not, why? Because himself learn from God. Shake why? not perfect. Lehi himself learn much, Understand all? Probably not.
